Happy New Year from Secure Telehealth and Mountain Health Care Services! Achieve Your Goals in 2025!

The New Year is always a time for Goal Setting, Planning and being excited about what we can do in the next 12 months.  Just like Training Camp in the NFL when every team and every fan base is excited about the upcoming season, my hope is that all of you are as excited as we are about the upcoming year.  

Some people make New Year's Resolutions only to get frustrated because they do not stick to them.  In fact this upcoming Friday is known as "Quitter's Day" because a ridiculous amount of resolutions have been given up on by the 2nd Friday in January.  As high 23% don't even make it until that day and almost 50% don't make it to the end of January.  For those of you in the Telehealth industry, I don't want that to happen to you.
